there's a terrible thing at my local wal-mart, and it is the 6.99 dvd bin. within its hellish embrace are a thousand movies not worth the time to print... but within that infernal bin lays a few golden gems...

Monkeybone, Wall Street, Exorcist III, Distinguished Gentleman...

these were but a few additions to my sordid movie collection. oh the humanity.

on to other news... another weekend here and nothing seems different. these last 6 months seem more like an exercise in futility. maybe that's all right. people who can't accept futility often destroy themselves through stress.

i'm amazed at the lack of creativity in my world. the same bland walls, bland ideas and bland people. scratch that last bit, people can't be bland. the only thing that can be bland is my curiosity of the people around me. i think my curiosity is drowning in a lake of apathy.
